How It Works

1. Purchase your Complete Menopause Lab Panel.

2. Complete your lab-order information.
   After purchase, you’ll receive a short form requesting the information required to prepare your lab order, including your:

   • Full legal name

   • Date of birth

   • Home address

   • Contact information

3. Receive your Quest Diagnostics requisition.
   Once your information is received, we’ll prepare your lab requisition with all of the tests included in your panel and send you instructions for completing your blood draw.

4. Visit a Quest Diagnostics location near you.
   You’ll receive instructions for locating your nearest Quest location, along with any preparation instructions for your testing.

5. Complete your blood draw.
   Bring your requisition and identification with you to Quest and have your labs completed.

6. Review your results with us.
   Once your results are available, we’ll review them and schedule your included 1-hour Zoom consultation to walk through your results, symptoms, and recommended next steps.
