Back in 2013, I was overweight, depressed, and had very little confidence. I didn’t recognize myself anymore, and I knew something had to change.
I decided enough was enough and committed to my health. I lost over 40 pounds, and that journey completely changed my life.
I fell in love with fitness, not just for the physical results, but for how it restored my self-esteem, energy, and drive.
As I continued learning, I realized how much hormones impact weight, mood, energy, and results, especially as we age. That led me to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and become a certified hormone practitioner.
